Quentin: This last decade I’m doing a lot of revenge movies. Kill Bill. Even Inglorious Basterds. So I think we should do the whole story but we should do it as a Conan revenge movie.
Conan: Yes! Yes! And you will direct it.
Quentin: I will direct it. And I can see the trailer right now. Where it’s like… “Boom! They pushed him too far. They made promises they had no intentions of keeping. They took his show. They killed his dog.” (turns to Conan) Did they kill Triumph?
Conan: (laughs) They’re gonna try. Yeah. They slapped Andy around.
Quentin: “They slapped Andy around! They had their way. And now Conan will have his…” (loads machine gun) “Late Shift 2 - The Rolling Thunder of Revenge!”
Conan: I love it! This should be great. This is a great movie.
Quentin: And then, after the big trailer.. the final tag line “What would you do if it was your show?”
Conan: Yes yes. I love it! I’m honored to accept your offer.
Quentin: Excellent! And just like Doctor Fives, you can kill all the executives of the NBC… so you can make it all personal to them, alright?
Conan: (laughs) Nooo! They’re terrific people. (fakes a big smile)

As much as i enjoyed Avatar, and CGI in general, he’s got a point. Real films aren’t being as appreciated as they should be or as they used to. Its a sad reality that I’ve been trying to accept.
